Let's face it - nothing compares to the classic, big band casino experience. After all, what's not to like about the classic Vegas experience of sipping a martini, enjoying a few hands or spins and with the all time musical greats supplying the soundtrack? While little beats the pleasure of enjoying the Vegas Palms mobile casino app with a solid Rat Pack classic in the background, fact is that nowadays it's easy to practice your own musical rhythms. So for anyone fancying a little break for the tables and up for twinkling the ivory, here's a run through of some of the best ways to practice keeping a musical beat online.

It's All About Harmony

Anyone who has seen 'Whiplash' (2014) will be well aware of how important harmony is to earning a part in a band. While not based upon casino environments, that movie really does a great job in demonstrating how even the tiniest flaw can be noticed by an expert conductor/tutor. While the beats provides to Vegas Palms Online Casino are recorded, fact of the matter is that even the best big bands slip up once in a while.

The good news is that even the most casual player can pick up the basics of following a harmony pretty easily. Sure, it'll take years to learn the major orchestral pieces to any level of standard - but once you get how a band works, it can become much the easier. There's nowhere better to learn how to play in motion than via rhythm and musical practical games. Here's a few of the best free apps that'll help any budding Buddy Holly make there way!

The beauty about this game is that it's very flexible. Some players may want a demanding drum-kit based performance, and others are happy with the occasional perfectly timed chime. It's a very hands-on user orientated service that is as much instructional as fun to play. There's extensive guides on how to follow big band music, as well as pitch note reviews on how well you're able to carry it off. Controls are very easy and after a few turns there's a good chance you'll 'see' music a very different way. Highly recommended.

Geared much more towards people who have reignited an old hobby, or have done a little in the way of practical lessons, this demanding but highly rewarding game presents a sharp learning curve. Key to being part of any band, in any instrument, is understanding the charts of fellow players. Understanding what to expect at least a few lines before is a tried and tested tip for making sure you don't blow your own lines. This is a great option for free music lessons, and once used to it the rewards are phenomenal.

A little more laid back but a very smartphone/tablet friendly app, this is a great way of playing the part without too much stress. Compared to equivalent apps this is highly responsive but also relatively forgiving. It won't call the conductor's fist and make you start again from scratch after every missed chord. there's a series of games to try out each with incremental difficulty levels. They include general play as well as reading music and following charts.

This is just an introduction into a few top quality apps that can help anyone get up to speed on following rhythms. Many more are available, but before going out and spending thousands on a new instrument these are reputable and reliable places to get those tunes in check. Enjoy!

What I really want to see is a three or four finger use, rock band style game where the notes come down and you press when they pass the line...BUT, I don't want shitty pop tunes and crap like that. What I want is good drumbeats only, and a way to load in midi sequences of drumbeats for four fingers made up of bassdrum, hihat, snare and percussion / open hihat...or if the phone screen is not wide enough just kick, snare and hihat...That way I can learn those finger drumming techniques that can be put to use later on device such as ableton push 2 later, when I can afford that..nah mean?
