If you do not know how to do this yet... study this video and a whole lot of funkiness will open up into creative compartments of the brain and take your modulations far into the stratosphere! About a month ago was playing with the minisynth in FlStudio for P.C and it is pretty fun and have a almost finsihed song just using minisynth. So seeing that FL Studio was updated there was some hope that it was coming with the minisynth... but instead there is:
• Audio tracks • Wave editor • Audio recording Play Store link: FL Studio Mobile So tomorrow a new phase in my life starts and that means that I will for the next three months live in the mountains in a house with a very bad internet connection that is only possible through my phone. So like mentioned before there will be a change in what type of posts will be.
This is kind of good for me as it is a little bit boring to post about updates and smaller news and will focus on more interesting pieces and post them from the nearest village every three days to a week. Have a feeling that it will also be these times when it is possible to see videos and listen to music etc that has been made during the week and will probably end up posting a lot of those during the days that I do post instead of every day... Twitter is pretty painless to use with their app for Android and so it is easy to retweet things during the whole week for you that are impatient for Android news... so this will be done more regularly. Also will start to collaborate with a good friend of mine that just started a new website with a new art project that will be pursued for at least a year. This will include some Android apps in different ways and he has promised to share his posts with us here. This brings me to another issue... Would be very excited to work with some other people in form of articles, reviews, interviews etc.. so if you have anything to share when it come to Android music making please share with us all and send it to musicalandroid@yahoo.com There is no money to be paid as I am losing money on the website but if things work out it would mean publicity for you and if the website grows to something that actually generates money maybe there could be some deeper collaborations with money involved. Okay finally was talking about opening a forum and after looking at different forums that are embeddable have found one but I do need an invitation and am waiting for it... It seems better than the other ones but it will have some publicity unfortunately for the free version but if everything goes good and if I ever get an income will pay to get rid of the pestilence of publicity from the forum... ( Some of you probably wonder why I am set on using a embeddable forum... it is because my webhosting do not offer support for any other kind... ) So hopefully this clarifies some things if you are wondering what and why things have started to work a bit differently. ToneBoosters that make effects as VST's is now the first company to port their VST's to Android and in this case as five effects that are made available as in-app purchase in Audio Evolution Mobile. The best part is that it is not scaled down versions of their VST's it is the same algorithms used for the Android version.
The five effects are Barricade - a limiter, reverb, de-esser, Gate and Time machine ( bitcrusher ). Time machine comes for free with the new update of Audio Evolution. The price is 3.49 € / 4.50$ for all four effects and to me it seems like a good deal. This is huge news and it will be interesting to see if there is more companies in the VST realm that is going to step in now taking Android music making to new levels... In either case ToneBoosters seems keen on porting more sonic goodness to Android! Have not tried the VST's of ToneBooster but am excited to try them out in Audio Evolution Mobile this weekend. It will be interesting to see how the reverb compares with the one that is included in the app already. Also very happy to see a de-esser and a dedicated limiter. The Noise gate will come in very handy for people that do not use Audio Evolution Mobile with USB Sound cards as it will help clean up recordings made directly with device microphones. To read more about ToneBoosters and Android plus to read more details regarding the effects thats been ported go here:http://www.toneboosters.com/toneboosters-hit-android/ Play Store link: Audio Evolution Mobile So Palmsounds was asking people over Twitter what would be their ten favorite music apps so maybe it is a good idea to ask you to what would be maybe not ten but three to five favorite Android music apps and why... In the sense that you only have those apps and a Android device on a desert island!
Think that it is interesting to see what people use so please share with us your favorites! musicalandroid@yahoo.com HEy this is funky! So if you used SunVox for a while you probably know that you can draw your own Waveshapes in the sampler and here it is done to get drum hits which would never enter my head to do until now. So this is interesting for Caustic users as well, drawing the waveshapes in the Sub Synth. Tried this a long time ago and found it hard to get to terms with specially on a smaller screen and kind of buggy as well... but if you missed it and like trackers it is for free and without publicity.
