Rules-

1-
It has to be made with the following applications for Android OS.-
     Sunvox
     Caustic
     Reactable
     Nanoloop
     G-Stomper
     Supreme Mpa
     Pixitracker

There can also be Synthesizers or sound generators for Android plus vocals,
but if they are used in the music making they can be mixed in with the rest of the music
with either the free audio editor/multi track
Audacity (PC, MAC, LINUX)
or directly on your device using Audio Evolution Mobile (Android App)...
But remember only Android music making apps with the exception for mixing in Audacity...

2-
Send the mix and the file or files of the application/applications to musicalandroid@yahoo.com
Where it will be listened to by five persons you never heard about.

3-
Prize!
There will be publicity as a prize-
Will place a square very  visible in the upper right corner
with whatever information/image that you decide with links to wherever you want
(No pornographic or violent material...) on the main page.
Also will be seen in the rotating banner on top.
As there is already around 400 visitors per day and is rising (Yesterday 529 hits) expect to have the publicity seen around 12-15000 times... or more.
Also there will be a music player playing your music under the publicity.
This will stay there until the next round of the contest starts.

4-
Any music style goes of course and it will be judged
by muscians with a broad spectrum of music making and listening behind them-
From the most extreme to the most ambient.

Please send the music with files to:
musicalandroid@yahoo.com

You haven't mentioned vocals. Can I just check that a vocal can be added and if so what are the rule for recording it and mixing.

Looking forward to having a go using Caustic.

Yes think that it is totally okay to mix in vocals.
But please use Audacity or Audio Evolution Mobile for mixing as it doesn't give the option of easy over producing!
Want to see how far we can push Android but so far judging by the entries it can go pretty far!

Woo! Am I excited about this competition :D Just to clarify a few final things:
What do we have to send to the email in addition to the mp3 file of the song that we have made?
Are we allowed more than one entry?

Thanks! Loving this!

Please send the files from the application or applications if you have used more than one. Plus the wav/aiff/mp3 file...

Easy times
Frank

Sorry to ask, what do you mean by "files from the application or applications"? Thanks!

fFor example when you save the file in Pixitracker there will be a saved file that is not a wav file that can get loaded up later so it is possible to see that things are made in the applications...with the exception if you use for example a synthesizer application or similar then you you just send the file of the main application and the wav file of the synthesizer- plus the mixed song.
Hope this is not confusing and please ask me anything!
And you can always send just the wav file and if you win you send the files...
Frank
