Otherwise it is a good runthrough of the differences between the two apps.
He is using images of Pepe the frog in the video which is a little bit disconcerting, but think that he is unaware of the significance (hopefully) being from Indonesia... Otherwise it is a good runthrough of the differences between the two apps.

Shows some differences sure (Surprise! Different things are different!) but doesn't link their relevance to music production workflow. Also, how is this guy having to pay for each FL update???

Caustic is better than FL mobile in my opinion.

I tried both and purchased FL. It's the closest to a "real" DAW, and I like the content better. The "plugins" are better. The possibility of getting audio tracks in there is another huge bonus.

Does FL have proper audio tracks so I can record my lyrical pimpenstein style vocals after finishing a track?

Yeah, through the onboard mic

I was going to say 'none too shabby' but onboard mic wont meet my needs fully. Ah, FL studio. Perhaps it is still worth a passing glance. I feel I must add that the previous FL android version was weak and was 'dismissed with a sigh'. Caustic modular is tight though. You have to admit.

I have a computer with some excellent software on it, but these mobile apps are just fun and sometimes more easy to just pick up and play with. I have G stomper, FLmobile 3, and sunvox, which is great because it's basically Buzz on a phone. At a price of 5 to 15 bucks, I just can't resist! I play guitar as well as synths, and putting the phone near the amp to get an audio track is easy, and it just might not be too shabby for a mobile app!

I love G-stomper and sunvox. The one thing that is missing for me on mobile platforms is a good way to record and arrange audiotracks. I just hope that cubasis comes to windows because, at the end of the day, windows laptops are detatchable tablets now anyway and quite portable. Either that or some kind of new app for android phones that makes them awesome audiotracks recorder and arranger, like pro level. But unfortunately the latency issue is still going and ios is out of the question because it insults me with expensive peripherals and unecessary hassle with the file system etc. I would even go for one of those portable 8-tracks that take SD cards but cant really nudge or move audio tracks around enough to do a 'mixed media' song, that is, guitar mixed with sunvox and G-stomper for example. I like the way sunvox asks for 'no special permissions'. I appreciate that when so many other apps are asking for 'stasi in your pocket' type permissions. Next thing you know they'll have some technology that overwrites peoples minds with propaganda. I only wanted portable music workstation. Damn.
