Had on my mind to mention this app for a long time but never got around to it.
It has been around for along time and it is an open source project.
Learned it around two years ago and it has a more or less steep learning curve to it and have already forgot how to use it as it was kind of buggy and as I started using SunVox I lost the incentive to continue to use it.
Yes say SunVox because it has a modular structure to it and it has different modules more or less in the same vein as SunVox but the sequencer is not tracker based and uses piano roll sequencer (well of course there is other differences to...).
That said it is one of the deeper applications that you can find for Android and can be interesting to take a look at as it is for free and even though it does not get updated too often there is still development happening and it is also possible that somebody start to dig into the open source code and get to work on a more active level and in this case it could be worth to just have it installed to be aware of what is going on.
Because it did get updated yesterday and they added a vocoder to it.
So maybe... who knows what will be next?
This could also be something if you want to make evil sinister dark music automatically
